Create a TTF (TrueTypeFont) from Characters and numbers that i have drawings from

I need an installable myfont.ttf that has been created using my drawing of the characters and numbers provided.

I can send a PDF where all characters and numbers are in and are all measured out. Distance between fonts etc.

So I assume you need to draw over to vectorize and then create a ttf file out of it.

Please do not bid if you dont have experiance with Font creation and vecotrizing
