I’m getting ready to launch a music-fiction podcast and I need a logo that instantly tells listeners they’re about to step into an old-school story set to sound. The overall look should feel vintage rather than modern or minimalist, drawing on the warmth of classic signage you’d see hanging above a bustling city street at night.
I'm thinking hand-painted shop signs, slightly weathered edges, and a warm-tone palette (burnt oranges, subdued reds, maybe a muted gold for highlights). The key is colour variety. Please avoid anything too cliché like podcast microphone logos.
It would also accompany some cover art, so must be adjustable with sizing.
