Vintage Botanical Logo Design

I’m launching a small venture and need a distinctive logo that anchors the rest of my future brand kit. The look I’m after feels straight out of a 19th-century herbarium: detailed, hand-drawn, slightly aged yet elegant. At its heart must be Saintpaulia ionantha—better known as the African violet—rendered with the accuracy and charm of vintage botanical plates. Think subtle ink lines, graceful shading and antique-style typography that complements the illustration without overwhelming it.

For now the brief is focused solely on the logo, but I want it produced with brand-wide use in mind, so please craft it as a flexible asset that can later cascade onto business cards, social posts and packaging. I work primarily in digital, so clean, scalable vector files are essential, along with web-ready exports.

Deliverables
• Primary logo in editable vector (AI/SVG) and high-res PNG
• One monochrome and one reversed version
• Clear space, minimum size and color specs so I can plug it straight into a future style guide
