Vectorized 1-Bit Pixel Art Staff Portraits

Project Title: Vector Pixel Art Portraits – 1-Bit Style (12 Staff)
Project Overview
We are looking for a designer to create a series of custom staff portraits in a minimalist, 1-bit pixel art style. While the visual aesthetic is "retro pixel," the technical execution must be 100% vector. We will provide reference photos for each staff member and our brand style guide for context.
Style & Technical Requirements
Visual Style: 1-bit monochrome (similar to the attached reference). Focus on capturing individual likeness through distinct silhouettes, hair, and accessories.
Format: Strictly Vector (.AI or .EPS). * The artwork must be built on a consistent grid (e.g., 64x64 "pixel" blocks).
Each "pixel" must be a perfect vector square. No Bézier curves or rounded corners.
Layering for Gradients: Please ensure the "foreground" (the character) and the "background" are on separate layers or groups. We intend to apply our own brand gradients to these vector shapes, so the paths must be clean and closed.
Colors: Provide the initial files in high-contrast Black and White (or our primary brand colors: [Insert Hex Codes]).
Scope of Work
Quantity: 12 individual portraits.
Deliverables: * One master Adobe Illustrator (.AI) file with all characters on separate artboards.
Individual .SVG files for each character.
High-resolution PNG exports for immediate use.
Timeline & Milestones
Style Prototype: One test character to confirm the grid size and level of detail.
Full Delivery: Completion of the remaining portraits once the prototype is approved.

Portfolio Required: Please provide a direct link to pixel art you have created.
Technical Confirmation: You must explicitly confirm in your bid that you can deliver these as grid-aligned vector shapes (not raster/PNG only).
