Vectorize Traditional Tehzip Artwork

I have a detailed Tehzip ornament currently preserved in a single-page PDF. I need every curve, motif, and gold-leaf flourish redrawn as pure vector paths so I can scale the piece for both large-format printing and web use without any loss of fidelity. The look must stay firmly in the traditional Tehzip style—no modern simplifications, no abstract reinterpretations—just a faithful, crisp recreation of what you see in the PDF.

Please return the work as an SVG file. If you prefer to also hand over an AI or EPS alongside the SVG, feel free, but the SVG is the deliverable I absolutely need.

Acceptance criteria:
• All elements are vector; no embedded rasters
• Ornament proportions and line weights closely match the PDF reference
• Colors are on separate, clearly named layers/groups for easy edits
• File opens cleanly in Illustrator and Inkscape without missing assets or font warnings
