Vectorize PNG to Print-Ready

I need my existing PNG artwork converted into a clean, scalable vector that’s ready for direct-to-garment printing. The image is full color, so every gradient and shade must stay true to the original. No redesigns are needed—just minor clean-ups to eliminate any rough edges or stray pixels so the final piece looks crisp on fabric.

Please provide:
• An editable AI or EPS master file
• A print-ready PDF or PNG at 300 dpi, sized around 12" wide for a standard T-shirt
• A quick JPG preview for approval

The vector should open flawlessly in Illustrator, match the source artwork in appearance, and be free of artifacts when zoomed.
