Vectorize Moderate JPEG logo

My current logo sits in a low-resolution JPEG and breaks apart whenever I enlarge it. I need it redrawn as a true vector so I can scale it for print, web, and signage without losing clarity. The design is moderately detailed—several colors and some finer elements—so I expect smooth, precise paths that mirror the original look.

I’m open to subtle color refinements if you feel a tweak would improve vibrancy or balance; otherwise, match the existing palette faithfully. Please share any recommendations before finalizing so we can lock the colors together.
