Vectorize Medium-Complex Illustrations

I need a handful of existing illustrations converted into crisp, scalable vector artwork. The source material is currently raster—some hand-drawn, some scanned—so the job is to trace every line faithfully, preserve proportions and colours, and deliver a clean file that can be enlarged without loss of quality. The illustrations sit at a medium level of detail: not schematic blueprints, yet not simple icons either.

All paths should be smooth, properly grouped, and organised on separate layers where logical (e.g., outlines, fills, text). Please keep strokes editable and avoid flattening anything that might later need adjustment. Adobe Illustrator is preferred, but any professional vector tool that outputs standard formats is fine.

• Lines precisely match the originals; no unintended gaps or overlaps

• Final files open without warnings in Illustrator CC and Inkscape
