Vectorize Martial Arts Tee

I have a clear JPEG of an old martial-arts gym T-shirt—the full front graphic and the full back graphic—but I no longer have the original vector files. I need the artwork rebuilt precisely as vector so it can go straight to screen printing without any loss of detail or colour accuracy.

The only change I want is a second version of the back that includes the word “Coach” set in exactly the same font style already used on the shirt. No other modifications; everything else should mirror the original lines, shapes, and colours.

Please recreate both sides, supply production-ready vectors (AI or EPS plus a print-ready PDF/SVG), and keep text editable for future tweaks. Accuracy to the source photo is critical, right down to stroke weight and spacing, so I’ll compare your file over my JPEG before approving.
