Vectorize Logo, Reduce Text

I have an existing logo that currently lives only in raster formats. I need it rebuilt cleanly as a fully scalable vector file (AI, EPS, and SVG preferred) so it stays crisp at any size. While you recreate it, please adjust the typography: the text should be resized slightly smaller than it is now—nothing else about the font or colour needs to change, just reduce its size so it sits more proportionally with the graphic element.
I will provide the original artwork in PNG/JPG as well as the exact dimensions I want for the final text. Once you finish, supply the editable source file and exports in high-resolution PNG and PDF for quick use across print and web.
Accuracy to the original design is key; the only visible difference should be the decreased text size.
