Vectorize Logo For Production

I had an AI App designed my logo and I only have it as a PNG. The artwork itself is straightforward—solid colours, no gradients or special effects—but I need it rebuilt properly so it holds up from a small business card all the way to a trade-show booth banner.
Please recreate the logo as clean vector artwork and supply the following:
• Editable SVG
• High-resolution transparent PNG (minimum 4000 px wide)
• Print-ready file (PDF or AI, CMYK, 300 dpi with 3 mm bleed)
