Vectorize Image for Wedding Plan

I have a single image that needs to be rebuilt as a clean, fully-scalable vector and a hi-res, print-ready PNG. The final artwork will be enlarged for a wedding seating plan, so every line must remain crisp at poster size. I will supply the image along with the exact names, table numbers, and any other wording that must be incorporated; please keep the typography editable in the native file so last-minute spelling tweaks are easy.

Colour, proportions and small decorative details should match the original art exactly, but feel free to suggest subtle improvements that will make it stand out when printed. When you’re finished, I’ll need the layered source file (AI, EPS or SVG) plus a transparent-background PNG at 300 dpi sized for an A1 board.

Accuracy, sharp edges, and print-safe colour profiles are the key success criteria for me. Let me know your expected turnaround and any questions as soon as you can so we can get this off to the printer on schedule.
