I’m refreshing the visual identity of my property-management agency and need one modern, sleek logo that feels equally at home on my website and on every social platform I use (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram). The colour palette should follow the tones already live on the site; once we start I’ll share the exact HEX values so you can weave them in seamlessly.
Deliverables I’ll need at hand-off:
• Vector master file (AI or SVG) plus high-resolution PNG and JPG
• Square, horizontal, and favicon versions optimised for web
• Ready-to-upload social-media profile images in the correct dimensions for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
I’ll give prompt feedback on initial concepts and expect two or three refinement rounds to lock in typography, iconography, and colour balance. The final mark should scale cleanly from a 16 px favicon to storefront signage while instantly conveying our focus on professional property management.
