Scientific Process Vector Illustrations

Job ID: 39924962

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I’m preparing several research manuscripts and need a set of clean, digital-vector illustrations and schematics that clearly explain the processes discussed in each paper. I’ll supply rough hand sketches, reference images, and short descriptions of the workflow or mechanism; your job is to translate them into publication-ready figures.

What I’m looking for:
• Digital vector style created in Illustrator, Inkscape, or an equivalent tool—layered, editable files are a must.
• Visual clarity that guides readers through each step of the process without overcrowding the page.
• Journal-friendly colour palette (or greyscale when requested) and typography consistent with typical figure captions.
• Final delivery in AI/SVG for editing plus high-resolution PDF/PNG for direct submission.

If you have experience illustrating lab methods, device schematics, molecular pathways, or similar scientific content, I’d love to see it. Accuracy matters more than artistic flourish, but a polished, modern look is essential.

Please let me know how you approach turning technical concepts into vector art, share two or three relevant samples, and include your estimated turnaround for the first draft once you receive my notes.
