Refine Minimal Brand Logo / Wordmark

I’m looking for a designer to improve and refine an existing minimal wordmark logo.
The goal is not to create a completely new logo, but to improve the current direction and recreate it as clean, professional vector artwork.
I need help with:
optical kerning
letter spacing
overall balance
proportion
end-bar alignment

The logo uses bold uppercase sans-serif lettering. The end mark should be manually drawn as a rectangular bar, not typed as a standard underscore.
The final logo should feel minimal, precise, restrained, and well-balanced.
