Refine Existing Stamp Design

I have a stamp that already works well, and I’d like you to recreate it digitally while preserving both the overall design and the original wording. Only slight adjustments are needed—specifically to the text itself (think subtle shifts in size, spacing, or weight), rather than a full redesign.

Please mirror every other element exactly so the finished piece still feels like the same stamp, just cleaner and print-ready. I’ll need the final artwork delivered as a vector file (AI , PSD and SVG) plus a high-resolution PNG so the design scales cleanly for future use.
