Redraw logo in vector format with pdf and jpg outputs FINAL PRICE pleaese

I have an existing logo, see attached. I need it in current orange version in vector, and also in purple.
1. Redraw the logos as a clean vector, save as AI. (orange and purple)
2. A large banner, same as sample provided but different size and make the bottom text more legible. The banners will be 2.5m x 1 m. I need high res pdf. (purple and orange version)
3. A digital flyer: Create a photoshop file with the new vector logo using the text in the provided sample. Give me photoshop for so for each event I can update the text. (purple and orange version)
4. Lower res jpg: for 30 cm wide print size ( purple and orange)
5. No background: Provide the image with transparent background, so it can be printed or orange and purple T-shirt, bags.
Timeframe: 1 - 2 days.
