Recreate Logo as Sharp Vector

I’m supplying a screenshot of our current logo showing two versions that work on a dark and white background and need it rebuilt from scratch as a true vector. The finished artwork has to look identical on-screen at any size, so every curve and edge should be redrawn cleanly rather than auto-traced.

My primary goal is digital deployment—website headers, social banners, presentations—so please deliver the file as an editable, scale-perfect SVG. A transparent PNG export will also be useful for quick drop-ins.

What we need:

- Same logo, same colours, same leaf mark — font changed to Geist (free font)
- The leaf mark sits between "Maranta" and "Capital" — keep that positioning exactly
- Version 1 (top in screenshot) — designed to sit on a dark/navy background
- Version 2 (bottom in screenshot) — designed to sit on a white background

Deliverables
• SVG master file, fully editable and free of embedded raster elements
• High-resolution transparent PNG (at least 3000 px wide)

Please keep the layer structure logical and name layers sensibly so future edits are painless.
