Recreate Existing T-Shirt Design as Print-Ready Vector Artwork

I have already designed the artwork and I am NOT looking for a new design.

I need my existing back T-shirt artwork professionally recreated for commercial printing, similar to the process used for vectorising a logo.

Requirements:

* Recreate the artwork as close to the original as possible.
* Do not change the layout, colours or style.
* Make it suitable for a large back T-shirt print.
* Vectorise all text, logos and graphic elements where possible.
* If the van photo cannot be vectorised, either redraw it professionally or use the highest quality method for commercial printing.
* Supply:
* AI
* SVG
* EPS
* Print-ready PDF
* Transparent PNG (300 DPI)
* Artwork should be suitable for DTF, DTG and screen printing.
* I own the rights to the design and require full commercial rights to the finished artwork.
