Perfecting an Existing Logo Design

I'm looking for a professional logo designer to redraw and perfect an existing brand direction, not create a completely new concept.
The attached brief explains our vision, values, positioning and the creative direction we've already developed. I'm looking for someone who specialises in custom vector identities and can create a timeless, production-ready logo with perfect geometry.
The final deliverables should include AI, SVG, EPS, PDF, layered Cricut SVG, DXF, transparent PNGs, monochrome versions and an embroidery-friendly version.
