Monochrome Manhattan Lot Map Prints

Job ID: 39842935

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m putting together two large-format posters, each 24x36 inches, that together will show Manhattan from 34th Street up to 59th Street and spanning 2nd Avenue to 9th Avenue. The map has to be a clean, custom design rendered in a monochrome palette. Every street and avenue must be labeled, and lot numbers and block boundaries should be clearly legible at poster scale.

I’ve been referencing the NYC Zoning & Land Use (ZOLA) viewer for accuracy (https://zola.planninglabs.nyc/about#9.72/40.7125/-73.9022), so feel free to pull or trace data from there as long as the final artwork is vector-based and print-ready. My print shop works with high-resolution PDF or EPS files, so please supply both individual panels and a combined proof, all set to 300 dpi with 0.125-inch bleed.

Because these will hang side-by-side, the two panels need a seamless join along the split. Leave just enough overlap in the artwork to avoid any visible gap once trimmed.

Deliverables
• Two press-ready files (24x36 in each) in monochrome, vector or high-res PDF
• One low-res proof for quick review
• Source file (AI, SVG, or similar) so I can adjust text size later if needed

I’ll approve the low-res proof first, then you can finalize the print files. If anything is unclear about scale, safe area, or labeling hierarchy, let me know early so we keep revisions light.
