Modern Rescue Team Patch Design

I need a fresh, modern patch for our technical rescue unit, DART (Duncan Advanced Rescue Team). The front of the patch must feature our black-sheep mascot and some pirate-flag attitude, all tied together with the unmistakable GI Joe flair we have used on previous gear. Station numbers are not necessary, though working the number 13 into the design somewhere clever would be a welcome nod to our crew.

Style & visual cues
• Overall look: clean, modern lines rather than a vintage or overly military feel.
• Key imagery: black-sheep mascot, pirate flags, and GI Joe-inspired graphics.
• Shape: completely open—circular, shield, or something custom if it suits the artwork better.
