Modern Oil & Gas Logo Design

I run the PetroLearn YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/petrolearn) and need a fresh logo that instantly signals “oil & gas knowledge” while still looking modern and sleek. The channel speaks to engineers, students, and curious viewers, so the mark has to feel contemporary, professional, and easily legible at small sizes.

Key creative notes
• Style: modern and sleek—clean lines, minimal fuss, no clutter.
• Core element: industry tools (wrench, gauge, valve handle, or similar) worked in subtly rather than a literal oil rig.
• Colour direction: predominantly white on dark or coloured backgrounds. If an accent is helpful for contrast, lean toward a deep blue that doesn’t overpower the white focus.

Deliverables
• Primary logo (full-colour) in vector format (AI/SVG).
• Reversed/monochrome variations for dark and light backgrounds.
• Square icon sized for YouTube profile and favicon.
• High-resolution PNGs + layered source file.

Acceptance criteria
1. Logo remains crisp and readable at 32 px favicon size.
2. Industry tool motif is clear but not cartoonish.
3. White-first colour treatment works against at least two background colours without losing visibility.

Once approved, please supply all assets neatly organised in folders (colour, mono, icon). I’ll be quick on feedback and aim to wrap the project in a few rounds of revisions.
