Project Overview
Ocean X Property requires two high-quality, custom maps to be designed for use in marketing materials, proposals, and website content. The maps should be clean, modern, and professional, consistent with a premium real estate brand identity.
Deliverables
Bellarine Peninsula Map
Must include the key suburbs:
Ocean Grove
Barwon Heads
Clifton Springs
Drysdale
St Leonards
Indented Head
Leopold
Moolap
All surrounding and in-between suburbs of the Bellarine.
The design should clearly show suburb boundaries and names.
Style: simple, elegant, brand-aligned (not overly detailed like Google Maps).
Ocean Grove Map
A focused map showing Ocean Grove only.
Include key landmarks Collendina, Surfside, Old Grove, Kingston, Oakdean, Woodlands,Yellow Gums.
Clean and minimal look suitable for property brochures and presentations.
Style & Branding
Colour scheme: to align with Ocean X Property’s branding (blues, whites, neutral tones).
Minimal clutter – maps should be functional and visually appealing, not overloaded with detail.
Must be vector format so they can be scaled and adapted for both print (flyers, DLs, brochures) and digital (website, social media).
File Requirements
Formats: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG, JPG (transparent background preferred for PNG).
High resolution, suitable for large print.
Editable layered files required for future updates.
Usage
These maps will be used across:
Website pages
Marketing flyers and DL drops
Vendor proposals / presentations
Social media graphics
References
Inspiration: clean real estate maps (not tourist maps, no excessive icons).
Freelancer to provide at least two design options per map for feedback.
