Modern Black Office Wall Decal

I’m commissioning a piece of modern artwork that will be turned into a large-format wall decal for an office setting. The design needs to read clearly in a single colour—solid black—so strong shapes, clean lines and a balanced composition are essential.
Example artwork supplier - use the similar style, design and exact wording on the example.
Because it will be cut from vinyl and applied to a smooth wall, I’ll need the final artwork supplied as a vector file (AI, SVG or EPS) with all strokes expanded and fonts converted to outlines. Please keep negative space in mind so the decal can breathe on the wall without feeling crowded. I also need a JPG or PDF proof.
Size: 1.2mL x 0.4mH

Material: Vinyl sticker or as recommended
Surface: needs to stick on acrylic painted concrete wall inside our office.
I’ll provide exact wall dimensions once we start; your task is to create the artwork, refine it through one or two rounds of feedback, and deliver the print-ready vector.
