20-Minute Logo Vectorization

I have my logo only as a high-resolution PNG and, because it is just simple shapes and text, it shouldn’t take long to convert. I need a clean, fully scalable vector version delivered as a print-ready PDF within twenty minutes of accepting the project.

The final file must retain the exact colours, proportions and spacing of the original and show no pixelation at any zoom level. If you can also include the source AI or SVG alongside the PDF, that’s a welcome bonus, but the PDF is the priority.
