Minimalist Monochrome Mug Patterns

I’m refreshing my product line with a new mug and want a clean, eye-catching pattern that feels unmistakably minimalist. Please work strictly in a monochrome palette—black on white (or the reverse) so the final piece prints beautifully on ceramic without color-registration headaches.
The entire concept should revolve around patterns rather than text or illustration. Think negative space, thin lines, subtle geometry or organic repetition—whatever communicates simplicity and modern sophistication at a glance. I’m open to a single wraparound design or a thoughtfully placed motif that repeats.
Deliverables
• One print-ready design file (vector AI or high-resolution PDF/PNG at 300 dpi) sized for an 11 oz mug wrap (9″ × 3.5″)
• A mock-up on a standard white mug so I can visualize placement
• Layered source file for any future tweaks
I’ll review submissions for crisp line quality, balanced composition and true monochrome values (no hidden tints). If something needs a quick tweak, I’ll give clear, prompt feedback so we can finalize swiftly.
