Minimalist Monochrome Coin Artwork
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need clean, minimalist illustrations for two commemorative coins that will be given out as prizes at an upcoming card-gaming event. Each coin has a front and a back, so I’m after four print-ready art files in total.
Style & visual direction
• Minimalist line work that engraves crisply in metal
• Monochrome palette only—no shading or colour fills
• Prominent placement of our event’s logo/mascot on every face (I’ll supply the vector logo once we get started)
File requirements
Please deliver scalable vector artwork (AI or SVG) with all text converted to outlines and strokes expanded so my engraver can import the design straight into their CAM software. A separate file for each coin face keeps the workflow tidy.
Acceptance criteria
1. Lines remain at least 0.25 mm thick after scaling to a 40 mm diameter blank.
2. No overlapping or open paths that could confuse the engraving toolpath.
3. Final proof approved on my mock-up template before you export the master files.
If you’re comfortable distilling imagery down to elegant essentials and prepping files for laser or CNC engraving, I’d love to see a short portfolio snippet of comparable vector work.
