2D Mascot Vector Illustration for App

2D Vector Mascot Designer Needed.

I am looking for an experienced illustrator to design a unique cloud mascot for my educational Mobile App.

Requirements

- Design a 100% vector-based 2D mascot.
- The mascot should be a cloud character with a clean, modern, premium appearance.
- The illustration should create a soft volumetric (2.5D) feel through clever use of shapes, highlights, shadows, and silhouette—NOT through actual 3D rendering.
- The character should look fluffy and dimensional while remaining a true vector illustration suitable for future Lottie or Rive animation.

Important

- Do NOT use Blender renders or 3D models.
- Do NOT use PNG or raster images as part of the mascot.
- The entire character must be created using editable vector shapes.
- The design should be lightweight, scalable, and animation-friendly.

Animation-Ready Structure

- Separate editable vector layers for each component such as eyes, eyebrows, mouth, arms, hands, legs, feet, highlights, and shadows.
- Properly named and organized groups.
- No merged or flattened body parts.
- Fully compatible with future Lottie/Rive animation.
