Manual Logo Vectorization from Reference Files – High-End, Print-Ready, Full Rights
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to rebuild my existing logo entirely from scratch as a true, manually created vector file.
This is not a redesign. The goal is an exact technical reconstruction of the existing logo.
Automatic image tracing or any form of auto-vectorization is strictly not acceptable (e.g. Illustrator Image Trace, PowerTRACE, online converters, or similar tools).
Reference Material
I will provide the existing logo as:
PDF (primary reference)
Two image versions (for visual comparison)
These files are reference material only and must be manually reconstructed as clean vector artwork.
Colour & Accuracy Requirements
Colours must match the original logo exactly
Use the colours from the reference files as the authoritative source
No reinterpretation, adjustment, or “optimization” of colours unless explicitly approved
Proportions, spacing, geometry, and line quality must match the original precisely
The final logo must remain perfectly crisp and clean when zoomed in hundreds of percent.
Mandatory Deliverables
The final delivery must include:
AI (Adobe Illustrator) – fully editable, true vector
SVG – true vector, no embedded raster data
EPS – print-ready vector file
PNG – transparent background, high resolution
(Optional but welcome) PDF vector proof
Technical & Quality Requirements
100% manually created vector paths
No auto-tracing or raster-based vectorization
No embedded pixel images inside vector files
Clean, optimized paths with minimal anchor points
Professional construction suitable for high-end print production
Lossless scalability at any size
Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final approval and full payment:
All intellectual property rights, ownership, and usage rights are transferred exclusively and permanently to me
I receive unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual rights to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the logo in any medium
The freelancer retains no rights of use, resale, or portfolio display, unless explicitly agreed in writing
Acceptance Criteria
Files will be reviewed for technical and professional compliance
Delivery is accepted only if all requirements are met exactly
Auto-traced, technically incorrect, or non-compliant files will be rejected
