Logo Vectorization & Polish

My existing logo is currently locked in a JPEG/PNG and it loses crispness the moment I scale it. I need it rebuilt as a true vector so it can stretch from a business card to a billboard without any quality loss.
The artwork itself should stay exactly as it is, no redesigns or variations. Every colour in the original file needs to be preserved or matched in the new vector version.
To make sure the file is production-ready, I’d like a quick visual clean-up where necessary (sharpening edges, perfecting symmetry, ironing out any pixelation that appears once you zoom in). Once polished, save and supply the final artwork in the standard professional formats—AI, EPS, SVG—and please include a high-resolution transparent PNG for everyday use.
I’ll provide the current JPEG/PNG as soon as we start; you return the vector package ready to drop into print and digital projects.
