Logo Vectorization & 4K PNG

I have a single-layer JPEG of my logo that I now need in true vector form so it can scale cleanly on the website. Nothing about the design should change—colours, text and proportions must match the original pixel for pixel.

Deliverables I expect:
• A fully editable vector file with a transparent background.
• A 4 K-resolution PNG (transparent background) ready to drop straight into the site.
