Logo Recreation & Marketing File Preparation

I am looking for a designer to recreate and refine an existing logo in clean vector format and prepare print-ready files for several marketing materials for a property services company.

The logo and mockups already exist but were generated using AI tools. The goal of this project is to rebuild the logo professionally and prepare production-ready files that can be used by printers, embroidery shops, and vinyl installers.

This is not a new logo design project. The focus is on accurate recreation, refinement, and preparing professional production files.

Reference images and mockups will be provided.

Project Scope
1. Logo Recreation (Vector)

Recreate the existing logo in clean vector format.

Requirements:

• Correct spacing and alignment
• Clean up the “U” shape inside the hexagon
• Ensure the diagonal stroke of the “N” is consistent with the reference
• Match the existing blue and orange colors
• Ensure the logo works for embroidery, print, and vinyl

Deliver files in:

• AI
• EPS
• SVG
• Transparent PNG

Provide the following variations:

• Full color logo
• White version
• Black version
• Icon only (symbol)
• Horizontal layout
• Vertical layout

2. Brand Color & Font Guide

Provide a simple brand sheet including:

• Color codes (HEX, RGB, CMYK)
• Font names used
• Basic spacing guidelines

3. Print-Ready Layout Files

Using the logo, prepare production-ready files for the following items.

All files should include proper bleed and safe margins where needed.
