Logo Modernisation & Finalisation – Only Bid If You Can Deliver ALL Formats (Vector, Embroidery, Print, Digital)

About Me:
I’m a leadership and life-transition/transformation coach. I help people clear the fog, build confidence, and create growth in their personal and professional lives. My brand style is modern and minimalist — professional yet approachable.
What I’m Looking For:
I want a logo that is simple, clean, and instantly recognisable. It should communicate clarity, confidence, and purpose, using vibrant but professional colours (not gaudy). This logo will be the visual backbone of my website, advertising, workwear, and all coaching training materials.
The design concept was set, and I want it modernised and polished. I am also open to a fresh concept if you believe you can deliver something that is:
* Modern and minimalist
* Corporate but not hyper-corporate (professional yet approachable)
* Confident, energetic, and versatile
My business is at the stage where I can do this without damage to brand clarity. Be creative within the guidelines please.
Deliverables:
> The finalised logo must be provided in all of the following formats:
> Master vectors: AI, EPS, SVG (both CMYK & RGB)
> High-resolution PNG and JPG with transparent background
> PDF artwork for business-card layout (85 × 55 mm with bleed)
> Postcard design (A6 or A5, print-ready PDF)
> Embroidery/print file suitable for workwear (DST or PES)
> One-colour and reversed versions for flexible use
Non-Negotiables:
+ Do not bid unless you can deliver every file format listed above. Partial delivery is not acceptable.
+ The work must arrive ready for production.
+ At least 4 revision rounds are included to ensure accuracy.
+ The full package must arrive complete and production-ready.
I will only review the first 20 qualified proposals, so apply promptly. Thank you.
Intellectual Property & Rights:
Upon full payment, I will own all rights, title, and interest in the work delivered, including source files, concepts, and final outputs. The freelancer waives any future claims to ownership or royalties. The freelancer may not resell, reuse, or redistribute the work, in whole or in part, for any other client or project without my written consent (which will not be granted).
To show you’ve read the brief, begin your proposal with the word Clarity — not anything random. In your opening sentences, confirm that you can deliver the arrow motif with the red → orange gradient at the tips, along with all required deliverables (vector, embroidery, print, digital). Proposals that do not do this will not be reviewed.
