Logo Clarity Enhancement

I'm looking for a skilled graphic designer to reproduce our existing logo. The goal is to enhance the logo for improved clarity and definition.

Requirements:
- Provide the final logo in both vector (e.g., .svg, .ai, .eps) and raster (e.g., .png, .jpg) formats.
- Exact replication of the current design, with the exception of necessary adjustments for clarity.
- Color adjustment to be modified to black on white.
