LightBurn-Ready Scalable Sign Letters
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a batch of letters that need to be converted into clean, flat-faced vector outlines so I can cut them in LightBurn for a signage project. Once you’re done I want to open the file, scale any letter up or down without distortion, and hit “Start” on the laser—no extra tweaks, no unexpected angles.
Any format LightBurn reads is fine. SVG is usually my first choice, but DXF or AI will work as long as it imports without broken nodes or double lines.
Deliverables
• Individual and combined letters as closed, single-stroke vectors
• Units in millimetres with the origin at 0,0
• Paths unlocked and ungrouped so I can apply kerf offsets
• Verified by you in a LightBurn preview to ensure the lines are cut-ready
If you’ve traced lettering for CNC, 3-D printing, or previous laser jobs, feel free to share a quick screenshot so I can see the quality of your work. I’m ready to move fast and leave prompt feedback once the vectors pass a quick test cut.
