Image to Embroidery-Ready Logo

I have an image that I’d like converted into a clean, minimalistic logo suitable for stitching on a hat. The final artwork must be traced in vector form, simplified where needed so small embroidered details stay sharp, and delivered as an SVG file.

I’ll supply the original image along with my exact color palette as soon as the project starts; please keep to those colors throughout the vector build. The finished SVG should scale smoothly from a small hat badge to larger print uses, retain crisp edges at every size, and be ready for hand-off to an embroidery shop without extra tweaking.
