Illustrate Two Vector Emblems
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a quirky branding project that needs a fast-moving illustrator who is comfortable working in vector and can hit an end-of-weekend deadline. The job is to polish, refine, and finalise two emblems I have already roughed out with ChatGPT sketches and notes. I will send the reference images and style samples the moment we start, so you will be able to match the visual language precisely rather than guessing at the look and feel.
Emblem 1 is an emblem: a young girl in smart British attire seated proudly on a Grebe (see example). I will also need three narrative scenes fitting the emblem on how the girl and the Grebe met. With those scenes we will create a pattern, the story of the Grebe and the girl. Once those mini-scenes are done we will turn them into a repeating pattern that carries the same line weight, palette and mood as the main emblem.
Emblem 2 is a single Grebe wearing a string of pearls and a flowered hat—simple, elegant, whimsical. Think eccentric.
Final files must be delivered as clean, editable vectors (preferably AI or EPS) accompanied by any linked pattern swatches. I need it mainly for now in black and white.
Deliverables (by Sunday night, my time):
• Finished vector artwork for Emblem 1 (FOCUS ON THIS FIRST)
• Three matching vignette illustrations + seamless pattern tile derived from them
• Finished vector artwork for Emblem 2 (FOCUS ON THIS FIRST)
• All working files, layers intact, ready for print and digital use
