ITXPRESS Logo Rebuild & Formats

I have a reference logo for my brand ITXPRESS, and I need it redrawn from the ground up as clean, scalable vector artwork.
The overall concept and color palette should remain recognizable, but I welcome tasteful adjustments that enhance balance, spacing, and legibility. You can refer to the current branding style and feel at itxpress.net

Requirements:
Please recreate the logo with high precision and supply all versions needed for both web and print use.

Deliverables should include:

PNG with transparent background
SVG for responsive website use
AI (Adobe Illustrator) master file (layered and editable)
WebP optimized for modern browsers
PDF in true vector format
Favicon / icon version suitable for browser tabs, social media, and app use
Multiple dimensions and aspect ratios (horizontal, square, and small-size optimized)

Color & Typography:

Keep the “X” in red (#E30613) or (#f3352c)
Use #142e45 for the text (“IT” and “press”)
Also include a white-text version for dark backgrounds
Ensure consistent typography and spacing
Document all font names and exact color codes in the final AI file

Notes
The logo should look clean, professional, and pixel-perfect at any size.

Please ensure all exports are high resolution and ready for both print (CMYK) and web (RGB).
A short handover note should list:
Fonts used
Color codes
File dimensions and ratios
