High-Res Vector Diagram Recreation

I have two concept-map style diagrams that need to be rebuilt from scratch so every element—including all of the text—remains perfectly crisp at any size. Please recreate each one as a true vector in SVG format, matching the exact colours that appear in the originals.

Deliverables:
• Two separate SVG files, fully editable and layered.
• Each file must open cleanly in standard vector software with all text preserved as text objects, not curves or raster.

Once I receive the final SVGs, I will check the colour fidelity against the source images and zoom in to confirm there are no pixelated edges. If everything scales flawlessly, the job is complete.
