High-Res Vector Conversion

I have a logo saved only as a low-resolution JPEG and it falls apart whenever I try to scale or print it. I need the artwork rebuilt as a true, clean vector so it stays razor-sharp on banners, business cards, and anything in between.
Please take the JPEG I supply and recreate every line, colour, and curve with clear edges and proper layering. Once finished, deliver a print-ready file that any printer can use without further tweaking.
