Graphic design for back of t shirt

I'm trying to make a design for the back of my t-shirt and hoodie. I made one generated by Ai and I will upload the picture to show what I'm looking for kind of. It doesn't have to look too realistic but enough. It can look like a cartoonish kind of sketch. This is for my brand and I'm trying to send a message of the image saying that basketball is my therapy. I will have someone talking to a therapist with a therapist face is like a basketball. You will be wearing a jersey but also casual street where the number will be 25 on the Jersey and the name on the back will show my logo name. I want to be able to blend to the shirt as if it's part of the shirt if that makes sense. I don't want it to be an image where it shows where the cutoff of the picture is on the shirt. I want the design to sit naturally on the shirt, without harsh edges or a noticeable endpoint. It doesn't have to be exactly like the image I uploaded. I will own full rights and copyright to the design once it is completed and paid for. The designer agrees that all work submitted will be transferred entirely to me and will have no ties to it once its transfered. By accepting this project, the designer agrees to these terms and grants full ownership and copyright to me upon delivery and payment
