Exact PNG to Responsive SVG

I need a skilled vector artist to redraw my existing PNG artwork as an SVG that matches the original down to the last pixel. The final file will be used exclusively on the web, so it must:

• Preserve every shape, colour, gradient, and alignment exactly as seen in the PNG—no simplifications.
• Include a viewBox (or equivalent technique) so the graphic scales cleanly and remains crisp on all screen sizes.
• Stay lightweight and clean, free of unnecessary points or hidden layers that could slow page loads.
