Energy Assessment Logo Design

I’m developing a program that evaluates energy performance in existing commercial buildings—HVAC diagnostics are a big part of it—and I need a modern logo that instantly communicates that mission. The graphic should weave together three ideas: a recognizable commercial-building outline, a clear energy motif such as a lightning bolt or similar symbol, and a subtle nod to HVAC (for example a stylised airflow, coil, or fan shape).

I haven’t locked in a colour palette yet, so feel free to propose what you think works best; can use maroon as the program is at WPI (Worcester Polytechnic Institute), or other efficiency-related hues are welcome as long as the final mark still feels crisp and professional.

Deliverables
• Primary logo in vector format (AI/SVG)
• High-resolution PNG with transparent background
• Monochrome and inverted variants for dark/light use
• A short note on the chosen colours and fonts so I can keep future collateral consistent
