Embroidered Patch to Vector Art Redesign

I have 1 patch design (test sample) that needs to be converted from an embroidered-style mockup into flat, embroidery-ready vector artwork

This is not logo design, only clean vector rebuilding for manufacturing

Deliverables (Mandatory):-
Editable SVG (vector)
Vector PDF
PNG with transparent background
300 DPI or minimum 2000px on longest side

Artwork Requirements:-
100% flat vector only
No embroidery texture
No fabric look
No shadows, gradients, or effects
Solid fills only
Clean, crisp outlines
Text must be manually retyped (NO auto-trace fonts)
Text (must match exactly)

Top text: NO SIGNAL
Bottom text: NO RESCUE
Size & Color Specs
Max width: 4.0 inches
Colors limited to 2–5 total

Preferred palette:-
Black
Off-white
Gray

Optional muted accent
Design should look dark, rugged, and official
Not cute
Not cartoon-style

Embroidery Optimization:-
Simplify very small details so they stitch cleanly at 4 inches
Thicken thin lines where required
Design must be manufacturing-ready for embroidery patches

Proof & Revisions:-
First send a PNG preview proof for approval
Minimum 1 revision round required
Final files to be shared only after approval
