Editorial Political Cartoon Illustration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an editorial-style political cartoon based on a scene I have already scripted. The overall tone should stay serious but satirical—think thought-provoking rather than slapstick—so the composition must land the point with wit while still feeling refined enough for print.
What must come through above all are the key objects and symbols that drive the joke; their clarity will carry the message. The characters themselves can sit at a moderately detailed level: clear facial features, recognisable posture, but not so intricate that lines disappear when the art is scaled down for t-shirts, mugs and other merchandise.
Once you confirm interest, I’ll share the full written brief containing the complete scene description, reference links and text call-outs. Final artwork should arrive press-ready (CMYK and RGB), in a scalable vector or high-resolution raster format, layered so I can isolate elements for different product dimensions.
If the concept feels clear to you and you’re comfortable balancing satire with sharp symbolism, let’s talk.
