Cross-Platform Social Emoji Design

I’m preparing to launch a brand-new emoji and need an experienced illustrator who can take my detailed brief and turn it into a polished, universally accepted icon. You’ll be working with a clearly defined emotion/concept that I will share once we start; adherence to current international and Unicode-style guidelines is essential so the file can sail through the approval process and feel native inside every major keyboard.

The final artwork has to look and render perfectly on iOS, Android and standard Web environments. If you’re comfortable optimising colours, shadows and outlines so they stay crisp from the tiniest messenger bubble right up to promotional banners, you’re the person I’m after. I haven’t locked the visual style, so bring your best ideas—whether that’s a warm cartoon touch, sleek minimal lines or something in between, I’m open as long as it remains instantly readable at a glance.

Deliverables:
• Master vector file (AI or SVG)
• PNG exports on transparent background at all common emoji sizes (e.g., 20×20, 32×32, 64×64, 128×128)
• Monotone glyph version for legacy platforms
• A short spec sheet confirming colour values, safe zones and any Unicode-compliance notes

I’ll provide the concept notes, reference sketches and feedback at each milestone; you provide iterations until the design meets the platform standards and feels ready for worldwide sharing.
