Convert png to Vector

Hello. I need a png symbol converted into vector files, please. The vector file should be provided in SVG and EPS with a transparent background. The primary uses of the vector files will be for both print and web, including printing at scale. The file should be converted as it is but I would like it to be tidied up and edges made crisp and clear.
