Convert Raster Image to Vector

I have a raster image that I need redrawn as a crisp, scalable vector illustration. The goal is a clean trace that preserves every shape, line, and color so I can resize the artwork without any loss of quality.

Scope
• Redraw the entire image manually—no automated live-trace results, please.
• Keep proportions, colors, and overall look identical to the original.
• Deliver the finished artwork in at least one common vector format (SVG, AI, or EPS). If you can supply all three, even better.
