Convert Patch Mockups to Vectors

• I have 6 patch designs (currently embroidered-style mockups). I need them converted into flat, manufacturing-ready artwork for embroidered patches.
• Deliverables for each design:
1. SVG (vector)
2. PDF (vector)
3. PNG with transparent background, 300 dpi (or 2000px+ on the longest side)
• Must do:
• Remove all fabric/embroidery texture, shadows, and gradients
• Use solid fills only
• Clean, crisp outlines
• Rebuild the text cleanly (do not leave it as messy traced text)
• Simplify tiny details so it will stitch cleanly at size
• Specs:
• Final size: 4.0 inches max width (all designs standardized)
• Limit to 2–5 colors per design (I prefer muted: black / off-white / gray + optional accent)
• Proofing:
• Send a preview proof image of each design before final exports
• Include one revision round minimum
